Wych Wood Bush Hideaway by Tiny Away is located in Wyongah, Australia. Our tiny house is just 2 hours from Sydney, is set on a peaceful land with fresh air, filtered sunlight through the trees and birdsongs. These holiday homes are your best hideaway to slow down, unplug, and reconnect with nature.



Explore famous sites like Wyong Creek, Tuggerah Lake, TreeTops Central Coast, Iris Lodge Alpacas, Amazement Farm & Fun Park, The Art House, Wyong Gallery Precinct and Alison Homestead Museum.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include flush toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a two tiny houses ,"Wych Wood 1" and "Wych Wood 2," available with 24 hours' notice.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence.



Advisory:



- The laundry washer can be accessed in the shared space.

- Traffic can be heavy on the road out front, please keep an eye on pets and children near the roadside.

Discover adventure spots like Wyong Creek from spotting platypuses in the shallow waters to kayaking, sailing, waterskiing. You can also try fishing at Tuggerah Lake, with nearby coastline providing excellent surfing and fishing spots.



Get more time with family-friendly attractions, including zipline and aerial adventures at TreeTops Central Coast. Experience close-up farm experiences with alpacas at Iris Lodge Alpacas, fun-filled rides at Amazement Farm & Fun Park, and indoor play activities at Chipmunks NSW in Tuggerah.



Arts and culture enthusiasts can enjoy world-class theatre and live shows at The Art House, explore galleries, workshops, and cafés at the Wyong Gallery Precinct, and learn about local history at the Alison Homestead Museum. Getting Around:

By car:

- one hour forty five min from Sydney approximately 10 mins to Wyong



By public transport:

- wyong train station is 10 mins away, bus line travels directly past the property



Other Things to Note:

- Gas BBQ grill is available.

- Firewood provided at extra cost $8 per bucket upon request

- No smoking inside, except in designated areas

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

- Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone have strong mobile reception, while other providers may have weaker signals.



Pet Policy:

- Pets should be kept on leash at all times

- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests

- Please clean up after your dog/cat shedding before checking out

- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings

- Always remember not to leave your pets unattended inside or outside the property

- We recommend that you bring your pet's bed, bowl, and basic needs with you during your stay

- Please take note to inform us 24 hrs before arrival, if you plan to bring your pets to our property





Important Note:



- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban.

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
