'As one of the cheaper luxury hotels in the city, Sofitel did not disapoint. The Service was outstanding. Everybody was extremely helpful and spoke good English. The room was big, clean and had a separate bath and shower. The Only minor setback is the location. although it's not too far from the bell tower area, it's still about 20 minutes on foot.'

'Let's start with being honest: if we wouldn't have gotten the 33% discount promotion on this website, we would have stayed at Grand Mercure, same place, just cheaper. But even at full price this hotel is worth its money. It's everything you could expect from a Sofitel: nice looking, luxurous and very friendly staff, with an excellent knowledge of English.

'We hebben twee nachten in dit hotel overnacht. Het was een superhotel. Prima service van het personeel! Ontbijt goed, ook westers ontbijt! Je kan van de faciliteiten gebruik maken van het Sofitel. Onze kinderen hebben heerlijk daar gezwommen. We hebben daar ook gegeten, wat prima van kwaliteit was. In een woord een aanrader!! Kwartiertje lopen van het centrum!'

Breakfast is so divers, living in hotels for 15 years not often seen like this. Service good and real beds!. After 2 night in sofitel I now had a good night sleep for less money!'

'The room was simple but efficient and more than enough for a few nights.
Breakfast was included and was very nice! From the hotel it takes about 10-15mins to walk to the closest metro stations and it is also possible to walk to the old town, but this takes approx. 25-45mins, depending on where you want to go.
The major sights are easily reachable via metro, though.'

'The hotel itself was lovely, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, tourists should be aware that reaching the main attractions requires either a 40-minute walk or a taxi ride.
That said, if the distance isn’t a concern, the experience is well worth it—the hotel worked perfectly for us, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, adding an extra highlight to the stay.'
