'Proximity to most of the iconic places. Convenient location, good breakfast and clean rooms, but the shower was extremely hot, was not able to adjust the knob to get warm water.'

'The room and overall hotel was clean, they were not clear on the laundry service and we were charged a ridiculous amount for our laundry to be serviced. We simply asked for a gist of how long it would take in a certain time. And no communication was returned until our bill was expected. Almost $300.'

'One of my best stays in Xi’an ! Highly recommended ! There’re good food, great location , friendly staffs and I love the room and the hotel style.'

'The location of hotel is good. However, the picture of this hotel in the website is so different that the actual hotel itself. It’s in a small alley and outside looks dated. However , the lobby and rooms are modern and good condition. One thing that bothers me the most is the wall is very thin, you can hear everything from your neighbor, like TV sound, snoring , talking ..,. Etc.'

'The property was incredibly clean. The staff super friendly and helpful.'
