Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours. We came by bullet train Xi a north station, we got on the no.2 metro train and got off at Xingzheng Zhong xin station, this is a really big station, we got directed to the other side of the hotel, get of the metro and exit from C5 and the hotel is about 200 metres on the right side of the City On shopping mall. Our stay include breakfast, however if you are looking for western breakfast there aren't many...

We spent an hour trying to find the place and ended up spending money on cabs because we were not at all in the area we thought the hotel was located. I will say, the hotel was great and the service excellent. The breakfast was delicious. One employee spoke English and was able to arrange a car for us to the terra cotta army, and to the airport. '
