'The view and the vibe were amazing because of the extraordinary location, and the shuttle service was great too. But it's really pricey for the quality of food and room.
Bedding was ok, and it was generally clean in the room. However, the room really needed some renovations. The furniture, especially the wooden parts, looked old with scratches on.
The dinner and breakfast buffet were fine, not many options though. The dining hall was also dated and old-fashioned, most importantly our breakfast...

'阿里山駅正面を降りた先にある宿エリアへ降りる階段を使うと、駅や飲食店、土産物店へすぐにいけます。
部屋は必要十分な広さ、お湯や水はホールにある給水機で手に入ります。シャワーはお湯が十分な勢いで使えました。部屋の暖房の使い方がよくわからず。
朝食は駅近くの食堂でバイキング形式の中華な朝食です。
夕方まで荷物を預かってくださり、とても助かりました。'

'Super convenient location for alishan train, night market and tourist attractions. The hotel only owns a couple floors of the building so you share the lift with other businesses to reception. They have internal lifts to the rooms itself. The entrance itself looked dodgy but when you get to the reception floor it looked like a nice place to stay at. Super good value stay. '

早餐吃到飽，料理的很好吃，另有高山茶與自製豆漿都很推。
房間很大很舒服，住宿景觀佳，可惜的是入住期間只能看到一片白牆。
店主有自製茶葉販售，也預先購買春茶請店主之後再寄送。
等天氣好的時候值得再回訪。'

'I loved our family room with the loft; very clean and cozy and we had our own balcony with a beautiful view of the tea plantation. The hot pot restaurant was amazing with delicious fresh veggies and was a lovely way to end the day after hiking in the misty forest. The view of sunset from the hot pot restaurant was absolutely stunning! My only reservation would be for elderly travelers as there are stairs and some steep pathways- they would need some assistance with luggage and walking....

'The selling point of this place is its location from where you can walk 15 minutes up a small hill to see Alishan sunrise. This advantage may be the disadvantage the same time, because for these tourists who come to Alishan first time, transportation between the Alishan park entrance (the transportation hub) and the hotel is a little bit confusing. 'The service and view was very amazing. These are the most enjoyable things for us. Even though the way to get there is not really convenient from the airport, after my girlfriend and I experienced staying in the hotel, we will still consider the hotel which is still our first choice to stay. Since we did not go to Alishan national forest this time, we are deciding to go back with the same staying place. Everything is prefect to us. We hope they can keep it like that since we want to enjoy '

'From the property, you can see the beautiful Alishan famous sunrise. The front yard is very beautiful and well maintained where guests can completely relax and enjoy the mountain view. We highly recommend staying at the First Sun bed and breakfast.'
