'Perfect location in Ximending, near the MRT and 10min walking to Main station. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. We first got a very small and humid room with an unpleasant smell on the 7th floor, fortunately the staff moved us to a room on the 9th floor, which was actually a downgrade because the room did not have windows. Despite this fact, this room was more spacious, light and had more comfortable air conditioning. Staff was helpful, but could be more friendly. For example, upon entering and...

'Amazing hotel, location and staff. To be honest I did not want to leave. The staff were so incredibly helpful with suggestions of where to go/visit, what night markets to eat at, must see tourist attractions. Also provided detailed instructions to assist catching buses and metros. Finally arranged a taxi to/from the airport for me. Just an amazing stay.'
