'Great customer service! They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. The cable car is walking distance (and worth the ride), but you can also rent bicycles or electric bicycles very affordably near the hotel and get around easily.'

'Room was very clean except for the suede sofa (there were a few old stains on it). Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops. 'We had a lovely stay. The couple running the hotel were very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and most of all the beautiful location of the hotel. It was an easy walk to the night market which had so many tasty treats. I'm the morning it was close to the lake to walk along the dock and see the sun rise. We loved it!'

'The hotel is very clean and simple, located inside their tea shop. You can smell the tea in the hallways and stairs and it smells amazing! There's not much nearby and you'll have to go to the nearest little town for needs. The walk is a bit dicey along winding mountain roads with no sidewalks, but there is a bus you can take for 2 stops too.
