'The property grounds and staff there made the experience amazing and memorable. I only have an issue with a couple small things. My toilet broke on the first flush. Housekeeping was quick to fix the issue however. Also, I can tell the towels were cheap, the dinner rolls at the restaurant were microwaved, and the in room bar snacks were old. 'When I made the reservation I thought we were at the main lodge and not at the camp. Of course the property is beautiful Accommodations were nice beds very comfortable , staff and was great but having to get up to walk to the bathroom was not fun for me so in the future when I book I will be making sure I’m at the main lodge. I think the camp is great for backpackers and those on a budget. '

'Just came back from a 3 night stay and what a perfect place it was to end our week in Belize. The grounds are beautiful, the staff accommodating, and fresh coffee waiting for you in the morning. We saw toucans, monkeys, agoutis and some other animals on the property. Speaking of- our favorite staff member- Mama (orange cat) was very welcoming and enjoyed spending much of her time with us. 'Had a two bedroom villa with 3 beds. Very clean and nice with small individual pool. Nice space to come back to after excursions. About a 30 min walk from downtown San Ignacio which wouldn't want to do at night based on having to walk on the street. Can get cabs arranged from hotel.'
