The interior of the villa has 3 bathrooms (1 with shower and 2 with bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker. It also has WiFi connection, satellite TV and a safe for storing valuables.



The exterior of the villa is equally attractive, with a private pool, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required. During local holiday periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.



The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
