'What a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location from the train station And easy acces to snowmonkey parc. The food was amazing And the service level as well. They have an amazing bar on the roof. You sit with -15 in heated plastic iglo tents zipping from your drinks. The onsen Spa is big on the upperfloor overlooking Yudanaka And the mountains. The Room is huge. So wonderful stay And highly recommended.'

'We had a fantastic stay at Shibu Hotel. The staff were so kind and welcoming. They made us feel so special throughout our stay. The Kaiseki dinner was such an experience. The room was very nice, clean and had nice decor. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Shibu Onsen. '

'Excellent location for skiing in the Shiga Kogen ski resort. The Hotel amenities were very good e.g. satellite TV, hot spring baths, etc but the local area is devoid of any kind of nightlife.'

'一泊2食，以此價錢確是十分便宜，但酒店比較舊，而2食都不是太好食，不過若此價錢，也沒太大要求！ 但純粹滑雪的話，一出就是滑雪場，十分方便，而且房間在冬季時景色超靚，志賀高原附近一帶滑雪酒店來說，以此價位算是便宜得來不錯了！'
