35 Yamba Street - hondvriendelijk

Dit geweldige vakantiehuis ligt midden in het centrum van de stad, zodat u de auto kunt parkeren en overal kunt wandelen. Het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om van je verblijf te genieten plus nog een beetje meer.

EEN BLOK naar de bloeiende hoofdstraat van Yamba, waar je elke dag van de week een ander café kunt proberen.

EEN BLOK naar Main Beach en slechts een beetje verder naar Turners & Whiting (links) of Pippi Beach (rechts).

ÉÉN BLOK naar de golfbaan (duik langs de achterste rij) of achterste rij, sla rechtsaf en u bevindt zich op de bowlingbaan.

Na een dag van erop uit te zijn, kun je de heuvel op om je dorst te lessen in het Pacific Hotel, dat een van de beste uitzichten in Australië heeft, of gewoon een biefstuk op de BBQ-outback gooien en ontspannen / tot rust komen in "Yamba Time".

Dit is een volledig omheind HONDVRIENDELIJK eigendom, alle vierbenige hondenfamilieleden zijn van harte welkom, groot of klein.

Maximaal aantal toegestane honden is 2. Uw hond (en) moeten worden gedesexeerd, met vlooien behandeld en gevaccineerd (we hebben buren met honden).

Unbeatable location

Fantastic property right in the heart of Yamba - one block from the beach, shops and playground, and yet the road itself isn't too noisy. The house is very spacious - a large living area with comfortable couch, downstairs area with a pool table, and a large fenced yard for our dog. Beds were very comfortable too. Ruth was a great host - communicated with us easily about check in / check out.

Great Property Amazing Location

Our little family including our two furkids thoroughly enjoyed the week we spent here and we've booked again. Being able to walk to EVERYTHING in Yamba is great. Remember though that the house is like a bare boat rental, there is no linen (unless requested) and no food, oli, salt, sugar, coffee or tea in the cupboards. BYO dishwasher tablets, dish liquid and garbage bags. We were a bit out of practice so a quick trip to Coles was required. A great games room downstairs left us rather addicted to table tennis. Loved our break and love Yamba!

Comfortable house

Although the house is old it provided all we needed, the table tennis table was a hit. Also a nice garden for our dog. A few maintenance issues and a lawn that was long, also a busy road , but otherwise the house was in a central position and easy to live in.

Home away from Home

We were very pleased with our stay, this lovely little beach house had everything that you could possibly need and more. It was so close to town that we only took the car out once during our weeks stay. It was walking distance to lovely dog friendly cafes, the beach. Super dog friendly, our dog loved her stay too.

Very clean, great location, awesome back yard.

Great property and has everything you need for a great stay in Yamba. Nice big living room and fantastic back yard. Can get hot...until the afternoon breeze comes through. Would be good to have some blinds in the dining room to help bock out some of the westerly sun. No complaints though it was great thanks Ruth.

Close to everything

Great place for the family and pooch, really well appointed with three good bedrooms ( aircon in the main bedroom) with fans in all areas. Downstairs table tennis table got a workout and a big backyard and bbq area. Very close to town , golf club , bowling club, restaurants and a short walk to the town beaches ( whitting and turners) so could not fault it. Thanks to Ruth for being a great host and we hope to come back at some stage as border closures made us cut short our holiday.

Perfect Aussie Christmas

We spent a week at #35 and it was so relaxing. With three young children and our old dog, it was the perfect location. An easy walk to shops and cafes for little legs, and an equally easy walk to different swim spots and the iconic hotel for sunset drinks. The house was well equipped and we were able to prepare a complete Christmas meal and we enjoyed the BBQ, table tennis and spacious living room. We would all love to stay again - especially if we can have the same spectacular weather ;)

Great location

Older styled home, very clean and tidy and in the perfect location. Walking distance to shops and cafes. Golf club and Bowling club just a few streets away. Only a short 5 minute drive to dog beach, which is excellent . Ruth was very helpful and accommodating.

Great location and great host

Ruth is great to deal with and very easy going. The house is in a fabulous location where you can leave the car and walk. It’s very spacious. It can get quite hot in the middle of the day so we will take another Fan next time. We will certainly be back.

Wonderful house for all the family

Perfect position close to shops. Just a short walk to beaches. The house was clean and roomy and the outdoor setting and BBQ were a cool place to retreat in the afternoon. We also enjoyed all the board games and table tennis.

Perfect location, central to everything

Great property - neat, tidy with all amenities needed for a great holiday with the fur babies. Within walking distance to everything one requires for a family beach holiday. 5 - 10 minute walk to 2 off leash dog beaches, a hop skip and jump to cafes, restaurants and pub. We could not have imagined a more perfect location to stay. We recommend this property - give it a go, you will not be disappointed!!! Sure you may find something more modern but for location and price point personally we wouldn't stay anywhere else especially with our fur babies being allowed indoors
