Beautiful quiet location in YAMBA with water views.

Enjoy water views, peace and tranquility from this self-contained guest suite, attached to the main house, with its own separate entrance and off-street parking. This lovely one bedroom is hidden away on a reserve waterfront. Stylish, cosey and perfect for a romantic getaway,. or just some solace to restore the soul. Airconditioned bedroom, taking in the peaceful setting of the river.
Step out from the living area onto your own private deck and take it all in. The large bedroom overlooks the water, and has a queen size bed, bedside tables, lamp, ceiling fan and air conditioner. Bed linen and bath towels provided.
The open plan living, kitchenette and dining area includes large fridge, freezer, microwave, wall mounted television, ceiling fan, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. We stock basic pantry items, tea, sugar, coffee pods, milk & cereal. Fully equipped and self-contained kitchenette and living room combined.
Bathroom with shower and vanity. Separate laundry and separate toilet complete this facility.
Access to shared tranquil walkway along the river.
Shallow Waters at 35 Orion Drive, Yamba is fully self-contained. Sleeps a maximum of 2 guests. Off-street car parking. Linen is provided. No pets are allowed. WIFI is provided.

Absolutely incredible place. Peter and Shirley were the most wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond for us. My partner and I were in town for a wedding and our stay here was just the cherry on top! From the moment you enter the gate, you just feel complete bliss. We can't wait to come back!!

Peter and Shirley were great hosts. Most welcoming. Their attention to the needs of weary travellers was beyond description. Simple token gestures like leaving chocolates, cookies, bfast weetbix, beach towels and laundry detergent in the unit for our use was just fantastic and much appreciated. The unit was spotlessy clean. Swimming pool was available for our use but we went to the beach instead.The location: quiet with bird songs. Within driving distance from town centre and beaches. River at the back of the house provided a lovely/ calming backdrop.

This is a small apartment in a home, but you never feel like it! You have your own entrance, deck overlooking the river and parking space. Very clean, and many small amenities that make this place sweet, like oatmeal packets, coffee, west-bix, and a bit of chocolate! Pete met us and was super friendly and helpful. Said we could even use their pool if we wanted to! Many birds out the back, peaceful yard too. Loved it here.

Weve stayed here before and once again we loved the beautiful and peaceful location about 10 minutes from Yamba. The unit is exceptionally clean and well equipped and so peaceful. The owners have created a lovely haven for guests to relax and enjoy.

All good, just a suggestion to help the ladies in the bathroom. Raise the mirror and add a light on top of mirror frame. I had to crouch down to put makeup on but also couldn’t see well as lighting was on top of my head not on my face. Food for thought.

Nice place for an overnight stay in Yamba

Peter's place was nice, had everything we needed and was good for an overnight stay. The outlook to the river is nice, although it rained constantly while we were in Yamba, so sadly we didn't get the chance to enjoy it. The guest suite is one end of the main house, but it has its own entrance, and its own little deck (alongside the main house deck). It was quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful place

This is a fabulous place to stay. The unit is spotlessly clean, it's well equipped and the location, overlooking the creek, is just beautiful. Its so peaceful and the ideal place for a quiet break, yet not far from Yamba. Owners are lovely and when passing through Yamva, this is now our go to place to stay.

The location was so serene even though you were still in a residential area. The unit was immaculate and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
