Set on tightly held Ocean Street, this four bedroom residence offers space, separation and sweeping coastal views, all within walking distance to Yamba’s beaches, lighthouse and town. Designed for families or groups, it’s a stay where everyone can come together, while still having room to retreat.



The Space:

You arrive, step inside and the view takes over. It draws you through the living spaces and out toward the balcony, where the coastline opens up in full.



Set across two levels, the residence is designed for both connection and space. Downstairs is where everything gathers. A full kitchen anchors the home, opening into the dining and living areas and out to the balcony where the ocean becomes part of every moment.



Two bedrooms sit on this level. A queen room and a second queen with ensuite and walk-in robe, both comfortable and positioned for easy living. There’s also a full laundry, making longer stays or larger groups feel effortless.



The lower level can be accessed via lift from the garage, allowing for accessible, single-level living across the main living area and the two downstairs bedrooms without the need to use stairs.



Upstairs, the home shifts into something quieter. The master suite opens to its own oceanside balcony, is air-conditioned, where the views feel even more expansive, paired with an ensuite that looks out toward the water. Another bedroom with twin beds sits alongside an additional living area, offering a second space to relax, read or unwind, with access to a private outdoor courtyard.



The layout allows everyone to find their own rhythm. Morning coffee downstairs, a quiet moment upstairs, shared meals, separate spaces.



The residence is also pet friendly, so your dog is welcome to settle in and enjoy the same coastal setting and daily rhythm.



Throughout the home, everything has been thoughtfully prepared. You’ll find Leif bathroom consumables, kitchen basics like tea and reliable internet, and a full kitchen ready for anything from a quick breakfast to a long, unhurried dinner.



Access is simple and considered, with lift access from the garage to the lower level, lock-up garage parking and easy entry into the main living floor.

You won’t see much of us, but the Oceanstays team is here seven days a week, quietly ensuring everything runs as it should.



For smaller groups or a separate stay within the same building, Shadows Suite offers a two bedroom option with the same sweeping ocean views, ideal for friends or extended family travelling together.



Guest Access:

Arrive and head straight to the property, with secure access via a lockbox on site so there’s no need to detour for keys or coordinate arrival times. Once inside, you’ll have access to the lock-up garage and can take the lift directly up to the bottom floor of the apartment. It’s simple, private and designed so your stay begins the moment you arrive.



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Street is one of Yamba’s most tightly held pockets, elevated above Convent Beach with uninterrupted views and a quiet, coastal rhythm that feels a world away from anywhere busy. It’s the kind of street people return to year after year, not for show, but for how it feels. From here, everything is within reach. All five of Yamba’s beaches are an easy walk, each with its own mood depending on the day. The lighthouse sits just along the headland, perfect for early mornings when the light is soft and the air is still. Town is a short stroll away, where you’ll find a mix of boutiques, bakeries and places to settle in for a long lunch or an easy dinner. There’s also a local café just around the corner, ideal for that first coffee before the day properly begins.



Getting Around:

Getting around is effortless from Shadows Residence. Leave the car in the secure garage and explore Yamba on foot, with beaches, cafés, restaurants, boutiques and the Pacific Hotel all within an easy stroll. Wander along the coastline, stop for a swim at Main Beach or Pippi Beach, enjoy a morning coffee in town or spend the afternoon discovering Yamba's vibrant dining scene. If you're keen to explore further afield, Angourie, Iluka and Yuraygir National Park are all just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

This is a multi-level residence with internal stairs connecting the upper and lower levels. Lift access is available from the garage directly to the main living area, kitchen and two queen bedrooms, providing easy and accessible entry to the lower level without the need to use stairs.

Please note that access to the master bedroom and the upstairs media room with single beds is via an internal staircase.



Please note, there is only air conditioning in the master bedroom. The home is designed to capture the coastal breeze and fresh ocean air throughout the day.



We welcome up to two well-behaved pets at Shadows Residence. Please note there is no yard available for pets and we ask that pets are not left unattended at the property at any time.

To help us maintain the home for all guests, pets must remain off the furniture and linens throughout your stay. Guests are responsible for leaving the property clean and tidy and any additional cleaning required or damage caused by pets will be charged at cost.



To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay, this property has a strict no smoking, no vaping, no parties, no loud music and no school leavers policy.
