Welcome to Sundowner, on Australia`s nsw east coast of Australia. Sundowner embodies a cool blend of nostalgic surf culture with psychedelic mid-century nods to the 50s & 60s, infused with refined aloha vibes.

Located in the heart of Yamba, Sundowner invites you to step into a world of endless summer vibes. With its psychedelic mid-century nods and refined aloha flair, this is where retro charm meets modern comfort.

Apartment two
3 Bedrooms: King, queen, and double beds, each dressed in luxurious French linen for the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. Ceiling fans and custom robes complete the experience, ensuring you’re always cool and cosy.

While the apartment features 3 bedrooms, it can be rented as a 1 or 2-bedroom option. The base rate covers a couple using the king bedroom, and pricing will adjust automatically based on the number of guests entered. If booked for 2 people only, the additional bedrooms will remain locked.

The Bathroom has ben refitted with vintage tiling the bathroom is small but stylish and functional, ideal for freshening up after a day in the sun.

**Disclaimer for Suites 1 & 2 at Sundowner

Please note that Suites 1 and 2 are located upstairs, directly above Suite 3. During renovations, we took precautions to minimize noise transfer, including installing a solid-core, fire-rated door between Suite 1 and Suite 2 for added soundproofing and privacy.

That said, as this is apartment living, some sound may travel between floors, particularly to guests staying downstairs. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

If a super-quiet retreat is your top priority, please keep in mind that Sundowner is located in the lively heart of the village, where a bit of energy and vibrancy adds to its charm.

Guest Access
At Sundowner, you’ll have full access to your private apartment, including all three bedrooms (or fewer, depending on your booking). Enjoy the open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, and high street balcony with stunning sunset views over the Clarence River.

Outside, guests share access to the communal backyard, which features outdoor dining, festoon lighting for evening gatherings, a BBQ, a hot outdoor shower, and surfboard storage. Please help us keep these spaces tidy and ready for everyone to enjoy.

Please note that communal areas are shared with other guests, so we kindly ask you to respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.

Welcome to Sundowner! To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for all, please review our house rules:

Communal Areas: Please keep all shared spaces tidy. Remove all rubbish and leave the BBQ clean and ready for the next guest. The outdoor shower area should also be kept neat.
Gates: Close all gates at all times to ensure privacy and security.
Noise: No loud music or disruptive noise. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM.
No Kids, No Pets, No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, Sundowner is a child-free, pet-free, and smoke-free property.
Commercial Photography & Filming: Allowed with prior approval and subject to a fee. Please message us for our location hire rate card.
Parties & Events: Strictly prohibited unless previously approved.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
