'Good'

'Comfortable Hotel to stay in. Wel equipped. Nice personel. Friendly people. Transport to the airport.'

'Great hotel for the price. The restaurant should be opened earlier for breakfast instead of waiting until 8:00 am or more. The hotel staff was very professional. I appreciate the cleanliness.'

'The room was very clean and the staff were always helpful and polite, great environment.'

'Positive points: Welcoming personnel, Clean and clean, Excellent breakfast, Backup power generator, Secured To improve: Discretion and communication, shower water drain.'

'Elevator did not work when we were there (room located on floor 3). Spa was OK but with terrible noise (works ongoing), making the whole experience sour. Receptionist with poor service manners insisted on asking us to pay additional fees (when we booked online and paid most taxes online). We ended up adding $5 in cash to the overall invoice. Trick of the day : they fined us $18 for losing the (plastic) room keycard - which probably is left somewhere in the bedroom.'
