'Just what we needed, next to a great pub'

'Good as a base for the surrounding areas. Quirky, could do with a refresh, but otherwise very accommodating host and the pub next door does good food & beers'

'The place was tiny and I am glad that, due to the situation, there were not 6 of us as planned. Neither the Wifi nor the TV worked - no signal. The bathrooms (there were 2 which was unnecessary - should have just had a separate shower and toilet with more space) were so tiny you couldn't put your hands on your hips in the shower and anyone bigger than a size 14 would struggle to sit on the loo. Apart from the main double, the beds were excruciatingly uncomfortable (one was basically a camp bed)....

'Willow cottage is a very cosy place. has everything you need , and the property is very clean. It's situated in a nice quite area and is brilliant if you like a nice relaxing getaway. Would highly recommend! Thank you '

'Beautifully renovated cottage with comfortable bed and modern washroom. Conveniently located for exploring Guisborough and helpful guidebook with suggestions for the kids and adults. The grocery store is a 5-minute block away also. Andy was very helpful and easy to communicate with.'
