'Stains on bed sheets, settee really uncomfortable. Really open and exposed, no privacy, woke up to a stranger walking back of cottage. Cleaning not the best. Only a few plates. Nice location shame property let it down. '

'I only stayed for one night but wishing I stayed for longer now! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved the space, the bedroom was comfortable and clean, and gave a very homey b&b feeling. I took transit and found it fairly straightforward to get to. And its an easy walk to the Tennyson monument! Would definitely recommend!'

'Check in very smooth and lady at desk very happy and helpful, both rooms very clean and fit for purpose, room cleaned daily to a very good standard. Breakfast was plentiful and staff exceptional. All in all a lovely couple of days.

'Beautiful, old building set in lovely gardens. There was a lot of open space and the accommodation was well spread out. It was nice to have a terrace to sit and enjoy a coffee. The Spa was very nice but I can imagine it gets very busy at certain times of the day.

The only thing I want to mention is that I wish we could drop off our bags before check-in, but I understand the situation.
