I tried to contact a staff member to get it changed but no one answered my many rings down at reception either that afternoon or the following morning. We had a lot of difficulty with the heating in the room. We tried to open the window to air the room but that wasn’t possible - it appeared stuck and...

'It was a wonderful room that was family friendly, enough room for parents to have their own space and kids separate. The property was wonderful, very family friendly in mind, with a fairy garden, chickens and a cubby house for the kids to play with plenty of room for them to run around in.
Room was clean and nicely soundproof.
Staff were so welcoming and lovely'

'All in all we had a good stay there. Honestly, the cabins have seen better days and were a bit rough round the edges but, it was fully equipped for a family to stay (only 2 of us) and had pretty much all we needed.
Beds were comfy, everything worked and thank god there was enough heating as it was FREEZING COLD down there.
It is a bit tricky to find at first off badger rd. I would not like to be arriving at night and having to find the entrance!
If there was one thing i would have liked, it...
