'The entire booking process was cumbersome / U had to provide copies of my drivers license, and screenshot of bank statement to prove payment. To get the keys I had to collect keys from a service station some distance away, wait to ensures keys were “scanned”. The apartment was dirty, outside area not able to be used and was filthy. I constantly received messages reminding me to ensure I left by 10am. When leaving had to drive to service station again, wait for key to be “scanned”. Terrible...

'The apartment was very central in Melbourne CBD and was walking distance to all malls and other places of interest. Overall very nice apartment and instructions from manager was very concise and easy to understand. Would definitely use this service and stay here again next time I am in Melbourne '

'Check in was pretty easy. Room was clean and tidy. Kitchen was pretty basic, kettle,toaster, stove oven,some cooking essentials. Nothing extra. No milk, tea or coffee. Beds were very soft i couldn't sleep in them so i ended up sleeping on the couch which was more comfortable, I think it's time for them to be updated. The towels wouldn't dry us its like they were waterproof. The rack in the shower was broken. There was alot of mildew in the silicone in the shower so time for it to be replaced....

'The place was exactly how it was described, very cosy and had all the essentials. Location was perfect too as there were nearby bus stops and tram. The only problem we encountered was there were sometimes power outages in the house and most outlets suddenly not working. It was an easy fix, but it happened a few times during our stay. Besides that, everything else was perfect '
