The accommodation was very comfortable and the decor was a lovely change from our usual contemporary. If we get back to Melb for a Yarra Valley visit, Victoria House will be our go to.'

'Nice vintage style Motel with Box Hill station easily accessible. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very clean and you're in a nice quiet location with surrounding bushland. Highly recommend, especially if you're travelling on a budget as it's so well priced. Will definitely stay again.'

'Het was niet een heel fijn verblijf. De kamer was klein, het bed was klein. Het stonk in de kamer. We konden de airco niet aanzetten omdat dat ding gigantisch stonk. De glazen en kopjes worden niet schoongemaakt maar omgespoeld. We hebben niet elke keer alle handdoeken gekregen. Wifi is heel sloom.'

'Rooms are very old and dated. Paint peeling and ancient aircons that squeal. Had a very unpleasant experience with the owner. After a sleepless night with a squealing air conditioner I requested a refund or new room via text as there is no one onsite and no one answered the phone. I was notified by text to move to a new room. Upon getting into the new room I discovered the door seemed to be locked from the inside yet could be pushed open without turning the handle from the outside due to the...

'The location is not pretty, but convenient when traveling through the area. The all you can eat buffet of the hotel next door of the same chain is wonderful and easy. Clean, modern accommodation. '
