'Very nice hotel and good service'

'Perfect spot for walking to NGV and Museum. Rooms clean and well appointed. Our one time effort for room service was disappointing as we waited more than an hour and a half and 3 calls, evidently there was an issue with our ordering by the phone rather than the internet ( which required you to sign in) even though we had the option. We found this frustrating. Overall our stay was excellent and the staff were all very respectful and helpful.'
