'The property was in excellent condition. However, we didn’t have hot water and duvet until our last day. It took so much effort to get the hot water and a duvet. It was very cold. We were so cold for two days and layered ourselves with clothes in the night and we became sick. Everything improved when we spoke to a personal from Silkhaus. I think his name was Bosco.'

When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels.
