'We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. It felt unhygienic, especially since they use the swimming pool as part of their advertising to justify the price. The door passcode was hard to see because it goes dim when not in use. 'De kamer was top! Modern ingericht. We hadden een race track zicht kamer geboekt en zaten recht tegenover het circuit op bovenste (8e) verdieping van het hotel. Personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk (zelfs de badmeesters). Het ontbijt was uitmuntend met zeer veel keuze. '

'All night had water leakage from the ceiling of the bathroom. Because of the noise, I couldn't sleep. Also there wasn't any hair dryer in the room. I asked for the solutions for both issues but they replied 10mins before the check out time without solution. I need to request for price reduction for such quality.'
