'The hotel is good, at least for my purpose (business). Not sure about the facilities for families and/or children.
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. In Kuwait City is always important to ask for a silent room (lots of traffic and constructions going on) and we got such rooms indeed.
The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped (to include a large laser printer & fax!). The breakfast was also good. All in all just what we needed for our short stay there.'

'Did not get the Kingsize bed I paid for. Frontdesk charged 100KWD to my creditcard instead of making reservation of 100KWD (so I need to hope I get the difference back). Took 15m to retrieve my trolley that was only 5m away as they lack frontdesk staff. Restaurant was good with friendly staff.'

Handig dat ze tegen betaling een shuttle service aanbieden. Kwamen hun afspraken keurig na. De schoonmaak van de kamer was uitstekend. Vonden wel dat de baliemedewerkers niet veel toeristische info konden geven, of waar je bv. een busticket kan kopen.'

'Good hotel. Clean room and clean bathroom. Fridge and AC provided. One day we had a cold shower for hours. Due to this we got a complimentary breakfast but we had to ask for it. Free public but limited parking in front of the hotel.'
