'Listing NOT accurate: Only 3 queen beds, 3 single beds, no futon couches, no king bed. It sleeps 10 tops with glasses, plates and cookware for 8 . The listing photo shows trees by the house, reality: there is a view of a car/shop garage with 100 junk cars. The fire pit is not usable, no wood anyway. The house was dirty when we arrived, food was on the kitchen floor and we had to mop up the sticky stuff that was near the bar stools. There were no kitchen towels or hand towels for the bathrooms....

'Ecellent property and host communication was outstanding. Perfect spot for a family reunion or large group. Right on the lake, great deck, comfy rooms, and well stocked kitchen. Quiet and private, yet 15 mins from shopping and restaurants, or 30 mins to downtown Olympia and the marina. This house owners live up to it highest ratings and reviews.'

'We had a wonderful time in Olympia! Trail House was an excellent choice for us--it was a perfect jumping off place for all the trails we walked and trips to Mount Rainier, Poulsbo/Olympic National Park, and Seattle. The parks and trails around Olympia are amazing, as are the little shops and restaurants. Trail House was clean and well equipped for our needs--including a first aid kit and backpack cooler bag!'

'A perfect little retreat that felt like home!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this hidden gem! Access was easy, the area was quiet, and the boat house is exactly as shown in the photos! Will definitely stay here again.'

My favorite thing about this place was the location. You are right outside the National Park and some of the local Restaurants. The showerhead was awesome, the portable AC was great. The bedroom is large. My other favorite thing was how great the communication was from the host was!!!! Went above and beyond to address my...

'Stores close and quiet area, roomy home. It was easy to clean when we were ready to leave.'

'Our VRBO was double booked. The VRBO app showed my inbox was empty but when I clicked “contact host” to ask the host how we should check in, a message popped up that the listing was double booked. We were already driving there when I saw the message. It was stressful trying to find another place to stay. I don’t understand why the booking wasn’t canceled when the host realized it was double booked. I had the address and everything. VRBO covered our stay at a hotel that weekend but it was very...
