The guest house is well located with a short walk to the town centre, including the Dartmouth Steam Railway station, and even shorter walk to the beach. Sarah does a very nice freshly cooked breakfast and the room and bed very comfortable. We were made very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'
