'One of the worst stay in Seoul. I booked it because i usually book other Brown Stone and I was expecting the same, clean, smooth stay. Unfortunately, it was terrible. TV screen was damaged, no utensils, on top of all the room service left my room open for entire day. AC doesn't work properly. Just overall bad experience. If you want to book Brown Stone, just book the one next to Seoul Station.'

Arrived late around 10:30 pm after a long flight only to find the door to the hotel was locked (after 10 pm) Door requires a code to get in which we were not provided. Waited outside with luggages and waited for some other residents to enter. The only direction was that the reception desk was on 4th floor. Arrived to 4th floor and no one was there. 'Just an amqzing hotel, pricey but uou get what you pay for. 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms apartment was amazing with great city views. From basement walk right in to Coex Mall and Starfield library.'

'It's a great option for groups because the in room laundry and kitchen gives you lots of options. I wish the property had a better explainer for using appliances, especially AC, and I wish they had more hooks especially in the bathroom to hang towels, washclothes, and toiletry kits. The beds were very firm, so as a fat American I struggled to sleep well without aches.'
