'Great location and an excellent stay! The host was always accessible and responded very quickly whenever I had a question. I accidentally left my universal travel adapter behind, and they kindly ordered a replacement that was delivered right to the front door. I thought that was such a thoughtful gesture and it also means future guests will have one available if they need it. The rooftop amenities were a wonderful bonus. 'I will certainly not go that place again, and I don't recommend it to future visitors to Seoul. Host wasn't available when I arrived, no email, no phone number, nothing. Another guest who happened to be entering when I arrived gave me her number, then took her around an hour just to answer me and let me in. First night stayed in a very small room, with a very tight bed, which was so uncomfortable. Later moved to another room. Location is great, with many shops nearby and English commonly spoken...
