I think 5 star is a stretch. There was some issues like faulty plumbing and unfortunately the sheets smelled like bleach. On the other hand the room was very beautiful.

Great Hotel
Reception was very kind, especially: MARY! The receptionist, Mary was extremely kind, professional, and gracious! Mary received us when we checked in and we were greeted very very kindly. My only bad experience was with the waiter in the upper level for breakfast. After my friends and I finished our breakfast, I paid and gave him a two dollar tip. He didn't even bother to say "Thank you" or any acknowledgement, not even a smile, while in the other hotels in my vacation, people were very grateful when I gave them tips. Then one of my friends went to his room for his jacket and the waiter told us to wait outside on the terrace because he wanted to clean the table for other guests. I said: "Sir, there are many vacant tables that are available if other guests arrive, and my friend will be back in 15 minutes, to get his jacket!" I saw the expression on his face as he left upset. I didn't appreciate that at all, I am also a paying customer! I paid my bill, gave him a tip and for him to tell me to wait outside, when there were may open tables around.

The best part about the property was the location. Incredible staff, willingness to welp was outstanding. Very respectful. Property in general needs help. I had to change rooms 3 time to be able to relax and enjoy my vacation. Room 502 where we started was extremely small (30-35 sq meters), room 802 was very nice size, the problem was that it had an connection room single door where I could hear the neighbors communicating and cigarette smoke was unbearable. Third room had a great size living room and ok size bedroom. Of course it was a higher standard room. I was given free upgrades just to keep me happy. The staff and management was incredible! Hotel needs some maintenance all around: most of the toilet seats were loose and shifted, in room 502 there was constant noise of water leaking (no water in the unit). Little update with present staff would make a great place to stay.

I enjoyed every day of my stay at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, just a couple of meters away from the Republic Square. And also shout out to the professional service they provide. The guys at the front desk and the waiters at the breakfast were awesome! They have this amazing restaurant at the top of the building, letting you to have a perfect view of the beautiful Yerevan. The SPA was also great. I highly recommend.

Worst hotel!!!!
The lights went off, no AC and elevator our rooms were on the 7th floor. And the house keeper stole my cell phone and because of the lights were off the cameras could not record and we did not find out who stole my phone. I will never stay in this hotel in future and will not recommend. Awful !!!!!!

Dear Aida, Thank you for your time and effort to share your impression with us. We do really care for each of our guests. Concerning Your complaints we would like to clarify some points. Unfortunately during your stay the lights went off but that was in the city center and not only in our hotel. There was a huge problem in our city which was fixed soon. As for the air conditioning would like to let you know that our hotel is one of the less hotels in Yerevan that provides AC with personal resolutions. Our cameras always record and our guests safety is the prior question for us. The camera records did not show any odd things, so as it was suggested you before, if your phone was stolen you could apply to the police. Kind Regards.
