'We have stayed here several times. Unfortunately this visit was not as good as previous. There were issues with noisy guests above us. The place had an odor and communication was difficult with a few of the front desk guests. The beds are small and not that comfortable. 'Great stay!! Very well located, close to subway and great food nearby. Popular parts of Tokyo like Shinjuku and shibuya are accessible from here. Room itself was great — comfortable, cozy, and clean. It was spacious enough for 4 dudes. Very happy with the check in and check out process and I appreciated the access code for the room rather than a physical key. Nice interior and comfortable beds as well as a comfy large couch on top of that.'

'I’m pretty picky and prefer nice rooms, but don’t want to pay for luxury. This was an excellent value. Very friendly staff, the room was very clean, modern, and had many living amenities like kitchen, refrigerator, kitchen, utensils, washing machine, etc. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Location was ideal, 5 to 15 minutes walk to major areas, but quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well. Highly recommend recommended and would stay here again.'
