'We have just returned from a week at York Beach and enjoyed every minute of our vacation .. there were 11 of us ranging from 6 years to 76 years ! Location cannot be beat .. short drive to Nubble lighthouse, Fox’s, Dunne’s ice cream, or short walk to the Goldenrod, Wicked Good Ice Cream, the Fun o Rama, bowling , shops and restaurants ! Easy access to beach … a beach wagon is available for guest use… beds were comfortable .. house was immaculately clean.. plenty of towels and beach towels …views...

'Clean and cute space! Check in process was a breeze and very easy. The cottage was very clean and as described by the listing. The property manager was very easy to contact and very responsive. Literally across the street from the beach, which was the main draw for me. Great location and easy access. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and clean. Hope to be back!'

'This was our 4th time staying on this property and as usual had a wonderful family vacation. The house is spacious and fit all 11 of us easily. The location is great - only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this house for a large family.'

'Perfect Beach home for our family of 13. Had everything we needed, indoors and out. Nice large yard with a firepit to enjoy outdoor dinners and fireside chats and smores, of course! The walk to the beach was perfect, a nice distance to get a little exercise but still be close enough to the beach action. It is very nice that bikes were supplied, we took a morning ride to Nubble light. Thank you Mike and Pam for everything you do to provide a perfect family getaway. '

'Celebrating my 70th birthday with my children and grandsons here was awesome! Being located right across the street from the ocean was sooo convenient with the little ones.
