Each house is perfect for 5 people - a 6th person incurs additional cost of £30 per per stay.

Please note we do not accept stag or hen parties, the house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and is set up for families and groups of friends looking for a lovely quiet place to stay in the centre of York.

Located by the city walls and ‘Bishy Rd’ (voted Britain’s best high street) and a 5 min walk into the centre of York it's perfect for friends or families looking for a great place to stay. Paid parking is a 2 min walk and we're a 10 min walk from the station.

Attic bedroom: A quiet sanctuary that can be set up as a super king or two singles. A fold up bed can also be set up for an additional nightly charge of £30 per night.

Single bedroom: A perfect room for an adult or child with plenty of storage space.

Family bathroom: Relaxing space with a Japanese-style deep soaking tub, separate shower, large sink and toilet (baby bath on request).
