Big bath, small kittchen clean toilet to stay number of days with a family or friends.
Food is not math produced. We have had a game (November) in Italian style for dinner.
Hotel is more than 200 year old historical buirding but well maitained. Owner explains building and it's uniqe history.
It was our own way from Koya-mountain to Nara by car.'

"The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The area is nearby dotonbori. The hotel is just a minute walk away. But the noisy area of dotonbori doesn't bother the hotel. Next time in Osaka, I will definitely be back here!"
"Very good service, this hotel is 2 min away from the Rinku town train station with a partial covered walkway. The rooms are Japanese standard, so quite small but enough for a solo traveller. The breakfast was good, although a few more western options would have been appreciated. They have a free shuttle bus to the airport (check the schedules!) and a convenience store located within the premises. Finally they acknowledged all my special requests when booking which is something I do appreciate a lot."
"Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out.
The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors.
In my case 5 star expectations were not met but had my expectations be towards 3 star it would be ok."

"L’hotel est plutôt bien situe a proximité d’une station de metro. Les chambres sont confortables et on peut bénéficier d’un onsen. Nous avons aussi été bien accueilli en anglais. A premiere vue, tout semble parfait jusqu’a l’arrivée massive de cars de touristes mal eleves. Vous devez vous battre pour partager l’onsen bonde avec des clients qui ne respectent pas les règles d’hygiene (on se lave avant de partager le bain). Vous vous faites réveiller a toute heure car ils hurlent dans les couloirs ou vous bypassent dans l’ascenseur. Apres un sejour dans des hotels avec des japonais me choc est rude. Dommage mais on prendra un autre hotel la prochaine fois."
"Een nacht verbleven in Sarasa hotel Namba. De ligging van het hotel is goed. Midden in het Den Den gebied. Namba en Tennoji liggen ook in de buurt. Namba station op ongeveer 10 minuten loopafstand.
Het was een door toeristen druk bezocht hotel, veel groepen.
De kamer die ik had was een aangepaste kamer voor mindervaliden op de 3e verdieping. Hierdoor was de kamer ruim en met een ruime badkamer. Echter de kamer keek uit op een binnenplaats/trappenhuis. Tevens kon af en toe rooklucht van de rookruimte een verdieping lager in de kamer komen. Voor de rest was de kamer schoon en netjes.
Ik zou daarom aanraden een kamer op een hogere verdieping aan de buitenzijde van het hotel te vragen bij inchecken.
Tevens viel me het op dat de amenities (tandenborstel/kammen/scheermesje) in dit hotel betaald moest worden. Het zal wel een reden hebben gehad…
Al met al raad ik het hotel wel aan, mits een kamer op een hogere verdieping mogelijk is."

Free shuttle to two main actractions and the beds where good , we all have a great stay with 4 in a grand suite, because I heard the normal 4 personage is a bit tiny. They can work on closet space because there isn’t any!!
On arival no water in the room.
You have to pick every day your water up from the front desk! No a big deal but if I may complain 😜
3 minutes from Subway and bustop nearby.
Breakfast we didn’t do because the time till 9:30
