'Shower didnt work they was rude '

'We had to switch rooms as we were placed in an a Joining room we weren’t aware of. The staff was wonderful and provided us with the only room they had left which was a king. Unfortunately that meant my husband, son and myself all had to share a bed. The room was not clean, light fixtures were off, it smelled like someone was smoking weed LITERALLY right outside of our door. We also had to deal with people running up and down the hall all night. 'We did not stay! Trying to get our money back. Its nothing like the picture, no handsoap, no breakfast, pool is closed. Offered no alternaitves. '

'Clean room, nice gym, decent breakfast with a lot of options! There are posted rules about “quiet hours”. The hallways were so quiet at night, as a light sleeper this was a major bonus!'

'Staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and didn’t have the typical icky hotel smell. There had been a lot of rain recently so it would have been beneficial to have a rug when you walk into the room to keep the floor dry and from getting dirty. A towel by the shower door would have been helpful too. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Overall, for the price, I’d stay there again. '

'Room was spotless. Jacuzzi was super clean and huge. Entire room was clean, staff was very friendly. Everything was easily accessible and plenty of restaurants and stores to visit within 20 minutes. We'll definitely be back'
