'Everything was perfect to what we wanted'

'Superbly hosted by Jen and Howard. If your heading to Brecon look no further! With views of the Beacons second to none.'

'An amazing place - right location near the mountains and valleys, spic, interior full of character as per the inn name, cheerful staff, good size rooms with amenities, tea and coffee with milk (not milk powder), a shower with superb spray force and priced perfectly. Whether you are a solo traveller or family, it's highly recommended if you are in Sennybridge.'

'Recommended hotel close to Hay. Very friendly and good bed.'

' An excellent stay overall. Our room was very comfortable and pleasant. Common kitchen area a bit chaotic but ok. Easy to find and convenient for Brecon. Would return.'

'Very clean, spacious room . Parking is mostly paid just outside the b&b - I think 3 parkings are there so no problem with finding a place.'

'I stayed in the Hayloft. My hosts could not have been more charming. The Hayloft was beautifully furnished and much care had gone into it. The one thing that I think let it down was the quality of the beds - 4 singles - the mattress lacked support and you could actually feel the springs in it. I think a mattress upgrade would match the high quality bedding that is provided. The only other thing was that the fridge was switched off and open when I arrived. Maybe this is the way it is done in...

'Way overpriced for what you get. Old reputation may be good but that must be years ago. Noisy room. No cleaning of rooms when you stay longer than 1 night. Old building. The staff tried to do their best but can not help the problems this hotel has.'

'The Three Cocks Hotel was an interesting facility. We arrived at about 6:50 pm, 10 minutes before end of check-in, but there was a note on the counter with the room key for self checkin. Odd process with nobody at the desk, the key to the room left out and no form of security at the front door. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet, which we appreciated. A very rustic hotel, with very uneven floors, sagged support beams, rickety wooden front door and door upstairs. Breakfast was ok, but...

'Superb lovely experience. Staff very friendly and helpful where possible. Cosy, food was fantastic and spa jacuzzi has fab view'

'This new business in a refurbished premises offers comfortable and well-appointed accommodation and a great atmosphere.'

'Terrible place. Beautifully grand building, but dirty with dead flies and stains over everything. One that was once probably beautiful feels more like a squat nowadays. Don’t go at all. Very gross.'

'Beautiful view from the room and the hosts were lovely'

'First time we have stayed here. Lovely, clean room and easy to find as we have eaten a few times in Haystacks which is underneath and has amazing food ❤️ lush bed and slept really well and blackout curtains helped with this 😀Shower was amazing. A hidden gem! We will be back 😍'

'We stayed in many places on our trip, and this was maybe the best.'
