'The room was beautiful, so unique and i loved the 'old castle' feel about the manor. The room service ladies were lovely and helpful. There was attention to detail with the products/brands supplied in the room, such as T2, Nespresso coffee machine & pods, well stocked mini fridge & breakfast foods, i even loved the meal bowls! And in the bathroom the handwash & shower/hair care products were beautiful. I thought a lot of care had gone into these little things, which made a big difference...

'What a beautiful hotel! We stayed in the Sawyer room with the gas fireplace. Izzy was very efficient and friendly during check in and very helpful with our dinner reservation at the hotel also. Bed was very comfortable and room was cosy on a cold rainy day. We did struggle to make the bathroom warm and to increase the temp of the floor but that’s an issue for us as we didn't flag with the staff. A continental breakfast in the breakfast room was provided also. Would definitely stay again. '

'Badkamer was prachtig. Bed lag heerlijk. Ligging is perfect! Fitnesszaal is erg klein met 2 verschillende cardio-apparaten en wat dumbells. Ook lagen wij op de vijfde verdieping in een vrij gehorige kamer, waarbij je overdag veel gestommel/gebonk etc. van bovenaf hoorde. Dit was met bedtijden niet meer het geval gelukkig.'

'My partner love the Arkaba Hotel he has stayed there 52 times for business, and he loves it there for the rooms, the meals the easy access to our customers as we travel for work there, he can work from his room and eats in the sports bar. The staff are great as well, happy customer and the price on expedia is cheaper than the hotel. '

'Great spot for a stay in the city of Adelaide. Hotel is very conveniently located for all the CBD has to offer. Located on the main entertainment strip of Adelaide things can get a bit feral in the early hours. The hotel offers a quiet escape with nice sized, clean and comfortable rooms (We were on the 10th floor). Would definitely recommend a stay here.'
