'スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。チェックアウトした後にも関わらず、車を停めさせてもらったまま、観光させてもらえ、その上に旅館までチェックアウト終わってるのに、送迎車に乗せてもらい駐車場まで送ってもらえました。 チェックインアウトのご対応も丁寧で、貸切風呂も綺麗で満足出来ました。 部屋風呂に着いても掛け流し風呂なので、いつ入っても温かくて良かったです。 朝ご飯に着いては、ご飯の量とおかずの量のバランスが悪く、お米をもう少し欲しかったのと、お味噌汁がなかったのが少し残念でした。 弁当なので仕方がないと思いますが… 朝ご飯の際の、薬味や醤油がなかったのも少し残念です。 それ以外は完璧でした。'

'What a wonderful hotel! The room was spotless, the amenities were the best we have ever seen, the staff were accommodating and friendly, and the fine dining restaurant was superb. In short, our stay was a delight. I realize most visitors to this hotel speak Japanese, but it would be helpful if the brochures and wine menus could be offered in English as well. Just a thought!'

'This was my second Dormy Inn stay in my vacation and just like the first one, it did not dissappoint. The facilities are top notch, the staff is polite and helpful. With chinatown on your doorstep and the harbour area only a few minute walk away, I would gladly return time and time again. '

'We stayed for two nights in this wonderful hotel. It's located in the center of the well known Arima Onsen. The hotel has pick-up and bring service that covers the train, bus and cable car stations in the surrounding area. It's very convenient to get around.
