Raad dit ten sterkste af ! Er hing een rioolgeur in het helle appartement (studio) zeker geen 35 m2 . Geen 4 sterren maar 2 sterren waard . Alle meubels Ikea dunne muren en houten vloer dus je hoort alles .Keukenkraan defect ,schimmel in de douche . Zeer slecht bed zakt door in het midden . Matig ontbijt 1 drank per persoon. Gang lijkt op een kraakpand .In kort zeer slecht

I cannot think of a better place to stay in old town Zadar. Apartments was great. Staff was wonderful and stayed up late for us despite our late arrival. The breakfast was free, made to order and fantastic! The apartment/hotel is located in the center of the old town. Main cathedral is visible from the windows. All sites in old town Zadar are within five/eight mins walk.

Very well located in Zadar pedestrian area. Our host was very helpful and quick to answer our question. The room was nice with plenty of space and well equipped.

Great stay in the center of historical Zadar
Stayed in a Big apartment with 4 adults and 2 kids. There was room for 8 people. Rooms where very exclusive dekorated. Luxuary stay.

Musical Sunset
Lovely location in the centre of old town Zadar within easy reach of restaurants and the intriguing sea organ and wonderful sunsets. Beware many restaurants and shops do not take card payment and some do not accept euros (even though they are meant to).

Sehr schöne Apartments in Altstadt. Kein auto notwendig für Stadtbesichtigung. Zimmer und Bad waren schön eingerichtet, Kühlschrank, TV und Kochnische waren vorhanden ebenso wie eine gut einstellbare Klimaanlage Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne wieder beim nächsten Besuch in Zadar.

Ble møtt av en hyggelig vert. Han fulgte oss til leiligheten. Bra beliggenhet selv i 4.etg. Dårlig rengjort, dusjholder var ødelagt, ingen såpe og dårlig fungerende aircondition og lite utstyr på kjøkken til 4. Dyreste natt på vår reise, og dårligst skår av våre steder.

호텔에 방이 여러개가 있는데 방을 고르는 시스템이 아닌것같아요. 방을 받았는데 제가 사진으로 본 방이 전혀 아니었고 주방도 없었지만, 4인방, 에어컨, TV가 있는 같은(??) 방이라고 하더라고요. 분명 다른 방이었지만 어차피 하룻밤 잠만 잘거고 컨시어지가 친절해서 굳이 문제삼지 않았어요. 주차장은 35유로내고 미리 예약하면 돼요. 비싸지만 위치가 좋아서 주차는 매우 마음에 들었어요.

Zadar was Fantastic
The accomodations were fantastic. Place was clean and had plenty of room for our group. Karlo gave a nice description of the city as we walked to our apartment. He did a great job of showing his love for the city. We completely understand his passion for the city after the stay, because Zadar is a great city. Location of property right in old town making walking to everywhere we needed to go a breeze. If we ever go back we'd book here for sure.

Amazing Qwaint hotel
We booked this hotel last minute and could not have been happier. The owner Carlo was a gem. It was in a very very old building which was quaint but the rooms were totally renovated gorgeous great air-conditioning great location and they have their own restaurant. Carlo the owner gave us lots of advice on things to do when we left Zadar. If we returned to the city we would never stay anywhere else but with Carlo.

The check in process was ok, the signs where a bit hard to follow and the availability was limited, so make sure and call the number provided prior to arrival to coordinate the timing. Check in itself was very streamlined and he gave us a mini guided tour and history of the city on the walk to our accommodation. The lodging itself was wonderful, highly recommend traveling in the “off season”, as we avoided the large crowds and had easier access to cultural points of interest. The Sun Salutation and Sea Organ are worth a visit in the dark.

Marco, la personne qui nous a accueilli a été très professionnel et gentil. Merci. Concernant l'appartement, il ne se trouvait pas à l'adresse indiquée mais un peu plus loin dans une autre rue. il était propre mais pas très fonctionnel (très petit pour 4 personnes) Le canapé lit était en 3 parties à assembler pour en faire un lit, vraiment pas confortable et il ne fallait pas être grand... Situé sur une place très fréquentée, il faudrait isolé mieux que ça car on entend beaucoup de bruit de la rue (gens qui parlent/chantent, éboueur tôt le matin, église...)

We were not given the room we booked, and when we inquired about this ,were not given any explaination or apology. The room was comfortable and in a great location. No toiletries were provided. Breakfast included only one cup of coffee and charged for refills.

A beautiful apartment in the old town overlooking Anastasia church. Very quiet when we closed up the double set of windows. Karlo was great in showing us the different room choices as they are spread out arong the old town, and explained the best place to park outside the old town.

Old building but very uodated. Apartment. Sketchy going into resudential apartments with laundry hanging etc, but the rio.s were nice. Carlo the receptionist was great. Apartments are scattered about the tow, all qalkable distances from the reception area. Breakfast was mediocre, seevice slow. Sausages were hotdogs and muesli was cornflakes...a disappointment.

O Karlo, staff do hotel, foi muito gentil em nossa recepção, auxiliando-nos, inclusive, com a bagagem, já que impossível subir com 3 malas grandes, mais 6 lances de escada. O apartamento em si, deixa a desejar, apesar de estar muito bem localizado. Ficamos no roof top, cujas janelas não tinham protecao contra claridade, o que atrapalha para dormir. O ralo do box do banheiro estava entupido, inundando-o na hora do banho.

Not like the photos.
Our room looked nothing like the photos and was rather small, the sofa bed was not made up (despite the request when booking) and when it was set up there was no space left in the room. Some of the shower fittings were broken too. It was a short distance from the reception, and I guess they have diffrent rooms in diffrent buildings. The view of the church was good.

Notre studio était très bien situé, malheureusement le seul point très positif. Lit très étroit pour deux, lit d'enfant pas fait. Quand nous avons voulu faire le lit, un drap avec saleté, puis un linge de bain avec trace de saleté. Petit-déjeuner dans un café attenant très décevant. Les personnes de l'accueil étaient sympathiques mais nous ne pouvons pas conseiller cet endroit...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. Second bed in all of our apartments is sofa bed. We usually do not make it immidiatley because of small space around when is open. All of our sheets and towels are washed and after washed dryed in dryer mashine which is 99.9% desinfected. If stayed some stain we apologize we miss it. We will give o our best to improve breakfast.
