'The biggest thing was they did not have anywhere to put clothes. Only a makeshift closet inside the bathroom. Food had to be pre-ordered because they did not keep much on hand. They were friendly and kind, so I have no complaints about the people working there . I had made reservations for 24 days left after the first and was not given any type of a refund for the rest of the month. 'When the hotel was last renovated, they used a Philippines-Industrial style and it looks very pleasing to the eye. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be maintained or cleaned properly. Everywhere a chair or sofa or mattress touches the wall, there are marks or it is discolored (dirty). I did not wear my slippers in the room for the first few hours of our stay and my feet were literally black from the floor. The whole place is just superficially cleaned, no deep cleaning.
