'The hotel had the friendliest reception- really enthusiastic and welcoming. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet. The lobby has a kitchen area if you want to cook breakfast. 'This was my third stay at this hotel. As always, it's been an amazing experience. Kibb, the owner of the hotel, and her husband are amazing people. The hotel is very clean, the ambiance is wonderful, and the location is also excellent. This hotel is my favorite place for my wife and me in Chiang Mai. Kibb is very friendly and helpful. She even offered me free transport to the airport.'

'This is was an excellent stay and it is a family run business. It is in the heart of chiang mai. Tons if restaurants, coffee shops and massage clinics near by. The morning breakfast is great and you choose from her menu. She is very accommodating and the husband runs the coffee shop. Great coffee. They have a mango tree and a nice dog too. She can suggest places to see and organize taxis too if you need. '
