'Room smelled like smoke. Pretty strongly. They offered to move my room but I figured it would be the same. Everyone in Taiwan smokes. There are cigarette butts everywhere outside lol. I liked that the room was quiet and new and clean so I just dealt with it. It had a balcony and the curtains by the balcony were the source of the smell. 'Very well designed hotel room with smart features for a traveller, like universal power plugs. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. The mattress is a bit on the short side though (180cm), so not ideal for taller people. The mattress is also very hard, so that's something to keep in mind. They also offer you to order breakfast from a famous breakfast place, which is deliver3d to the hotel between 07:30 and 08:30, so you don't have to wait in a queue for over an hour. 'the property showed a lot of wear, but overall was well maintained. The room is a little cramped though, no space for a full sized luggage to be opened flat except in the foyer or on top of the bed. staff was very helpful and welcoming. my flight was delayed 2 hours, but a receptionist was at the counter to meet me when I finally made it to the hotel after midnight there is a self check kiosk too, but I appreciated the personal touch'
