'I had a very enjoyable stay with no problems. It was difficult to fit the luggage cart in the elevator but otherwise everything was great. I was disappointed to find that the laundry wasnt a facility but rather was a service so I couldn't do laundry at my leisure. But there was a lavenderia nearby so it worked out alright. It was noisy from traffic during the world cup match especially but I plan to stay again.'

'The whole staff was very friendly with us. They offered an excellent service, a very good br akfast. Suitcase storage was possible. They recommended diner places althought they are their competitors. The rooms are quite big and reasonably clean. The price for a big city as São Paulo is very reasonable. We were very pleased to stay here.'
