'The hostel is okay. There are nice people and the rooms are fine and for a very good price. However, don't expect a lot of service. Towels aren't provided and toilet paper is only replaced when asked for. Bathrooms aren't very clean. They also initially put me in the wrong room and than asked me to change or pay extra. It seems like this is intentional as the same happened to another visitor. Although Hotels.com states that breakfast and airport transfer are included, this is not the case.'

'Quarto bom e confortável, apesar da cama fazer um pouco de barulho. Não tem ar condicionado, mas tem ventilador. O único problema foi que a porta não se mantinha fechada sem trancar, então quando alguém saía pra ir ao banheiro, tinha que trancar e bater na volta ou levar a chave. Muito bem localizado pra ir ao CASV e fica em uma região mais residencial. Achei seguro. A equipe que trabalha lá é ótima, muito solícita e simpática.'
