'I've been at this hotel twice now and was very happy both times. The hotel is in a great location (close to the lake and in the middle of the old town) and I was able to walk to my meetings. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
If I could think of a negative it would be that the bed could be a bit better but to me this is just a detail.

"We enjoyed staying at the hotel, the hotel is in close proximity to the tourist attractions in Zürich and easy to reach by car, there is a large car park next door which is also reasonably priced. We also arrived rather early and received an early check-in free of charge, which was very much appreciated. The rooms are modern and have good amenities. "The receptionists were friendly, the hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Overall I had a good stay.
Only problem was the lack of hot water in the morning in the shower. I don’t know what happened ( the main water taps were open - I verified as the receptionist told me to). Maybe another guest showered for an hour and the hot water was depleted? Who knows. Cold showers are supposedly healthy anyway. :)"
