'It's not a great area surrounding the hotel but we never felt scared or unsafe. The room we got was amazing. Spacious, lots of beds to use, all the appliances we needed, full fridge, lots of seating. Would love to stay here again. Didn't mind the parking across the street. It's not far. $25/night. The front desk workers were very nice and helpful. The elevators were clean and quick. There were places to eat around us like local restaurants. '

'The front desk was beyond amazing with their recommendations and overall friendliness! The area is so walkable and as a woman who was solo traveling, it was enjoyable. I'm knocking a star away due to the noise - I did pay extra to ensure I wouldn't deal with high volume noise and I still endured it too early in the morning that it was waking me up in the mornings unfortunately. This is a good place to be if you are not planning to stay all day in the room and a good short trip! '

'The Gilmore is a Queen space that feels like a cottage or a small home. It’s definitely a good place to stay if you are on a budget and want somewhere that’s clean.. they could improve on accessibility and keeping the common area more organized and clean. '

'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'

'Very clean good price stayed for 3 nights. All appliances were clean and easy to use. Bit of noise but it is to be expected since we are next to a the airport. Bathrooms are great with good water pressure. Lots of space in each room and the huge tv is a plus '

'Boven verwachting: ruim huisje met 2 badkamers en keuken met alle voorzieningen. Wij hebben de slaapbank niet geprobeerd. De zwembaden worden netjes onderhouden en elk huisje heeft een tafel en 2 lig bedden. Wij hebben ons verblijf met 1 nacht verlengd. Omdat je direct aan de Hoofdstraat van Palm Springs verblijft ben je zo onderweg naar je bestemming, ideaal! Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terugkomen.'

'This was exactly what I needed. A place to sleep that was conveniently located to transit, food, and a walkable neighborhood. The only drawbacks were thin walls and the shower. The people next door came in at midnight and were up at 5 am talking. I put in earplugs and was fine. The diverter from faucet to shower head didn’t work great. 'A beautiful place very clean, communication with host was excellent. If you are planning to stay here just a word of advise there is no AC and second the train is very loud expect to be awake by all the way to 10:45. '

"Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting….."
