'Beautiful and clean hotel. The bed is super comfortable!'

'We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. While the reception staff was friendly, we did not feel safe during our stay. On multiple occasions, people knocked on our door late at night, approximately four to five times and even attempted to open it. As two women traveling together, this was extremely concerning. We asked the receptionist whether the hotel was safe, and we were assured that it was. When these incidents...

'Nice hotel but the black out curtain does not cover the whole window and the sun streams in through the side of the curtain. (This cost a star on the rating.) Breakfast was not included. Charge to park in garage, but plenty of street parking for free! Location is good if you are in the area. Not great depending on where you need to go in LA. But good for my family and friends. Gym is 3 machines and some weights. TV did not work on the treadmill. Makes for a boring workout.'
