'Dit hotel is een hele goede accommodatie om het gebied rondom het meer te bezoeken. Service is prima, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Goede faciliteiten in het hotel, onder andere een fijn zwembad.
Hotel is wat verouderd in stijl, maar in een uitstekende staat van onderhoud en overal erg schoon.'

'We have stayed here a few times for a couple of nights, in different (located) rooms. It is a very pleasant hotel with nice and pretty rooms. With clear weather from the lakeside rooms great views of the volcanoes (e.g. Osorno). Very kind and helpful staff, especially the ladies at the reception desk. Perfect location: a few minutes walk from the center of Puerto Varas and the lake.
