'We stayed in room 1 for 1 night. Modern and clean. No view but well placed in the centre. Lovely breakfast provided, brought to our room.
Only downside was the parking. As we didn't get a reply to our message about parking we paid for 24 hour parking, none of which could be refunded. It is best to just get enough parking until your check in time as they then provide some parking which they pay for. This would be necessary anyway as there's nowhere to pull up and offload your luggage.'

'You really need a car to stay at this property as it is up country lanes that taxis don’t like to go to so we struggled a bit getting around. It isn’t clear in the description that it is so far out.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay at apartment roza. The hosts are very accommodating and could not do enough for us.
It is well equipped with everything you need.'

'Beautiful, quiet, well equipped apartment with balcony. Very short walk to a fabulous restaurant (Domestico) and grocery store, also possible to walk to the Dubrovnik airport. The town was lovely. We stayed only one night, but wished that we had booked for a longer stay.'

'Fijn ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers en ook badkamers. Smal maar fijn/lang balkon. Ook zeer geschikt voor 2 stellen ipv gezin. Schitterend uitzicht. '

'Communication with the owners was great. Room was ideal. View was awesome. Didnt use the pool, but the pool looked great! I really enjoyed staying there. Busstop right outside the hotel. I had a car that I could park easily there. 15min of driving to Dubrovnik'

'I loved it here. If you love peaceful, picturesque Medieval towns with cobblestone alleys for streets, local wines, fresh seafood and the kindest locals, then stay here. Georgia was so lovely. The property is perfectly located, exceptionally clean and as pictured. I’ll be back.'
