'The staff and parking was good but the conditions of the hotel were terrible. The elevator has stopped working one time and the room telephone was not working at all. The water pressure was very low and the tub was very slippery and the towels were pathetic. They were torn in four or five different places had holes all in the towels and the soap bars were as thin as paper.'

'My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe, welcomed, and cared for. 'Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room and facilities were clean. Bed was comfortable. No place to plug in electronic devices or set them, medications, water, etc. on the wall side of each bed (double queen room). Hand towel bar in bathroom loose, wall beside shower damaged from shower overspray, and no hangers for bath towels. Nothing serious, just inconvenient and slightly unsightly. Would stay again despite these things. '
