'This was a very minimalist place. No hand soap by the sink. They said to use the shower gel. Then outside their control the power went out in middle of night due to storm. We had no hot water and no lights in stairwell to get down 4 flights of stairs and I'm pretty certain this is a fire code violation. The weather is outside their control and now they are refusing any kind of remediation!! No concern whatsoever. They are blaming the city of Madison. Baymont will continue to hear from me.'

'We arrived later evening. Front desk clerk was pleasant and so helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Restful night at the hotel.'

'The room was huge. Sheets were not dirty, but stained. Dust on the walls by the fan that blew the cold air from one room into the next. Bathroom cabinet had severe water damage on the base boards. Pillows were squares and not actual bed pillows.stains on the walls and carpets. My hubby and son said when they walked I. They were hit with a heavy scent of bakery (possibly hiding something)'
